KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) The City of Keene is looking for local property owners to take part in a one-hour focus group later this month to guide the creation of a new tax incentive program for residential property revitalization.

Set for Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 5 to 6 p.m., the in-person discussion will bring together six to eight residents who own older properties in the city. Participants will be asked to share their experiences maintaining or improving homes as part of Keene’s effort to boost investment in its older neighborhoods.

To take part, residents must own a one- to four-unit residential property in Keene that was built before 1986 and be available to attend the session. The event is being organized by the city’s Community Development Department, which is spearheading the broader initiative to support neighborhood revitalization.

Those interested should contact the department by Oct. 17 at communitydevelopment@keenenh.gov or call 352-5440 to confirm eligibility.

Pizza and salad will be provided for attendees.
