KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Schools in and around Keene will have an early dismissal this morning and afternoon, as school officials made the call out of an abundance of caution for what could be slick and wet roadways with low visibility, as snow is expected in the Monadnock Region starting in the late morning.

In a news release last night, SAU 29 announced that all schools would have an early closure, with Keene High School getting out the latest, with dismissal at 1:03 p.m. In fact, the only schools open after 12 p.m. are the schools in Keene, as Chesterfield, Harrisville, The Jonathan Daniels Preschool, Marlborough, Marlow, Nelson and Westmoreland all have dismissal between 11-12.

  • Harrisville – 11:20 a.m.
  • Jonathan Daniels Preschool – No p.m. session
  • Keene Elementary – 12:10 p.m.
  • Keene Middle – 12:55 p.m.
  • Keene High – 1:03 p.m.
  • Marlborough – 11:50 a.m.
  • Marlow – 11:15 a.m.
  • Nelson – 11:30 a.m.
  • Westmoreland – 11:45 a.m.
