Erin was born on May 23, 1981 in Baltimore, MD to Ronald Moore and Cheryl (Cook) Mumey.
Erin was a Graduate of Arlington Baptist High School in Randallstown, Maryland class of 1999. And Pennsylvania Culinary School in Pittsburgh. Erin worked as a chef and restaurant manager for several years.
Erin is survived by her parents; Ronald Moore and Loraine Babcock of Keene, NH, Cheryl (Cook) Mumey of Rising Sun, MD and her siblings,Tessa Dengler, children David Keene NH and Sarah Dengler. Molly Prince husband Anthony, of Port Deposit, MD, Children Nelson Fowler wife Alyssa and their four children, Chloe Fowler, Maxim Fowler, Franklin Price. Bethany Broderdorp, husband Scott, of Elkton, MD. Children Katelyn Siple, Kendel Leonardi, Alissa and Tanner Broderdorp.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Dorothy Cook of Latrobe, PA and Percy Moore and Dorothy Moore of Blairsville, PA, her Uncle William Cook Jr, cousin Heath Cook of Latrobe, PA.
She loved theater and sports especially watching her nieces and nephews play and perform. Her favorite teams were the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens. She was a student athlete and received awards in volleyball and softball. She loved cooking. Cooking was her lifelong passion.
She also really loved her fur baby Ichigo, a shelter cat. He was her companion for the last ten years.
There will be no services now. A celebration of life gathering will be planned for a later date this summer in Maryland.
