ALSTEAD, NH – Alstead resident Adam Damaziak, 40, was arrested this week following an investigation by multiple agencies and charged with possession of child sexual abuse images.
On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, members of the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force comprised of investigators from the New Hampshire State Police, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Claremont Police Department, along with the assistance of the Alstead Police Department executed an arrest and search warrant in Alstead, NH.
The investigation initiated with a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which indicated the illegal use of computers and alleged possession and/or distribution of child sexual abuse images. As a result, Damaziak was arrested and is currently charged with Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Images, a Class A Felony, pursuant to NH RSA 649-A:3.
According to a press release from New Hampshire State Police, the suspect was expected to appear before the Cheshire County Superior Court Wednesday.
