KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) As temperatures rise and winter loosens its grip, Keene’s roads are showing signs of seasonal wear. The freeze-thaw cycle is in full effect, and with it comes a familiar nuisance: frost heaves and potholes.

City officials are encouraging residents to report road damage as quickly as possible using SeeClickFix, an online and mobile reporting platform. The tool allows users to submit pothole locations directly to the Public Works Department by uploading photos and descriptions.

To report a pothole, residents can download the SeeClickFix app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or visit seeclickfix.com/keene to submit a report online.

Officials emphasize that community involvement leads to safer roads and quicker repairs. Drivers are also urged to remain cautious, as potholes can pose a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians alike.

With frost heave season in full swing, Keene drivers are reminded to stay alert—and to speak up if they spot a problem.
