SWANZEY, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Meet Zeva, a three-year-old mixed breed sweetheart with a quiet heart and a loving nature. This gentle girl came to the Monadnock Humane Society from a home with too many animals, and now she’s patiently waiting for a forever family to call her own.
Zeva has lived with other dogs, but she tends to do best with females—or even better, as your one-and-only pup. She’s a mellow companion who enjoys peaceful moments and soft naps, and while she can be shy around new people, she warms up with time and patience. Once she trusts you, her loyalty knows no bounds.
She may be able to live with cats, but would need a slow, supervised introduction. Zeva thrives in calm environments and would do best with someone who understands that building trust takes time, but the reward is a lifelong bond.
If you’re looking for a quiet, devoted friend who just needs a little extra time to feel safe, Zeva might be the perfect match.
Visit Zeva during open hours:
Thursday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
