KEENE, NH – The Keene Public Works Department has postponed Wednesday’s workshops on the Downtown Infrastructure Improvement and Reconstruction project due to the incoming snowstorm.
The workshops originally were to be held on Wednesday, April 3rd at 3:00 and 5:30 at the Keene Recreation Center on Washington Street, with a Municipal Services Facilities and Infrastructure Committee meeting that following Wednesday April 10th to follow up.
Now the workshops will be held on Wednesday April 10th, still with two sessions – one at 3:00 and the other at 5:30 at the Rec. Center, and the MSFI meeting will be held on April 24th.
These workshops are the second in a series of three to discuss the design of various aspects of the project. These workshops will be focused on Gilbo Avenue and Railroad Square.
The final set of workshops is still scheduled for Wednesday May 1st, same time and place as the others, with an MSFI meeting to follow on My 8th. That workshop will focus on Central Square.
