KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Antioch University will begin enrolling students this fall for a suite of online graduate nursing programs set to launch in January 2026, following a formal approval by the Higher Learning Commission’s Institutional Actions Council in May.

The move represents a major expansion for Antioch’s School of Nursing and Health Professions, which will now offer eight graduate-level credentials previously developed and delivered by Ohio-based Otterbein University. These include master’s and doctoral degrees in Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialties, as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in both Advanced Practice and Nurse Executive tracks.

Antioch plans to deliver all programs online, broadening access for working professionals nationwide. University officials say the initiative addresses a growing national demand for nurse practitioners and healthcare leaders with both clinical expertise and a commitment to equity.

The graduate offerings are designed to support registered nurses and advanced practice nurses looking to step into leadership roles in healthcare systems and communities. Antioch’s curriculum is expected to retain Otterbein’s standards while aligning with Antioch’s mission-driven focus on social justice, according to founding dean Diane E. White, PhD.

Antioch University has opened enrollment for its inaugural nursing cohort, which will begin coursework in January 2026.
