MONADNOCK REGION, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Halloween night in the Monadnock Region is shaping up to be a classic New England evening — cool and cloudy, with a chance of light showers early on. The National Weather Service predicts morning rain tapering to overcast skies by afternoon, with a high near 55°F and evening temperatures dipping to around 38°F. Winds will blow from the west-southwest at 10–20 mph, so trick-or-treaters may want to layer up under their costumes.
