KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Concord Med Spa, which has served patients across New Hampshire for a decade, will permanently close its offices by the end of the year, according to an announcement from founder Dr. Emily Sullivan.
The medical spa, which operates locations in Keene, Concord, Manchester, Plymouth and Gilford, said it had “exhausted all possible options” before deciding to discontinue business operations.
In a message to patients, Sullivan expressed gratitude for their trust and support over the past 10 years. “It has been our privilege to care for you and support your wellness,” she wrote.
Patient medical records will continue to be stored securely in compliance with federal privacy laws, and patients may request copies or transfers to another provider by Dec. 31. Requests must include a patient’s full name, date of birth and the name of the provider receiving the records.
The company also pledged to issue refunds within 90 days for unused memberships, gift cards and prepaid services. Patients may submit record and refund requests via email at info@concordmedspa.com or by mail at 373 South Willow St., Suite D2-1, Manchester, NH 03103.
Sullivan said the spa will also assist patients in connecting with other practices if needed.
“On behalf of myself and the entire team, thank you again for your loyalty, kindness and support,” Sullivan wrote. “It has been an honor to serve you.”
