PROVIDENCE, R.I. (MyKeeneNow) Four members of the Keene State College women’s soccer team were named by the coaches in the Little East Conference to the All-LEC teams, as Elizabeth Tschudin was named to the First Team All-LEC, Giuliana Stolfi was named to the Second Team All-LEC, and Elise Saab and Emily O’Connell were each named to the Third Team All-LEC from the Owls’ 2025 season.
Elizabeth Tschudin, a junior midfielder from Sunapee, New Hampshire, was named to the First Team All-LEC for the first time in her career, after being named to the Second Team All-LEC for her first two seasons as an Owl. Tschudin recorded 14 points her sophomore season and five points her freshman season and in 2025 she recorded more points than the previous two seasons combined as she logged 23 points from nine goals and five assists, all of which were team-highs and top-10 in the LEC on the season. Tschudin was a huge part in why the Owls had their 7-0-2 stretch over the month stretch from the end of September throughout the month of October as she tallied 17 points over the nine games from seven goals (three game-winning goals) and three assists, including a point in five-straight games where the Owls went 5-0 to round out the regular season. Her game-high of four points tied for the team-high on the season, which she did twice with a goal and pair of assists in the Owls’ season opening win over Rivier University (8/30) and two-goal game in the Owls’ win over Husson University (10/19). Tschudin was also one of three Owls to start all 20 games on the season.
Giuliana Stolfi, a senior defender from Newington, Connecticut was named to an All-LEC team for her third consecutive year as she earns a Second Team All-LEC selection her senior season. In her junior season, Stolfi was selected to the Third Team All-LEC in 2024, while in her sophomore season she was named to the Second Team All-LEC in 2023. Stolfi started all 20 games on the season for KSC and was a huge part in the Owls’ defense that locked down opposing attacks throughout the year. Opponents only averaged 13 shots per game while Stolfi was on the field, including limiting three LEC opponents to fewer than seven shots per game. In her senior season, Stolfi also recorded her first goal since her freshman year in the biggest moment of the season for KSC as she scored a free kick against the University of Southern Maine in the LEC Semifinals in the 83rd minute to send the contest to overtime. With 76 games played across her four years as an Owl, Stolfi finished in the top-25 games played in program history.
Emily O’Connell, a junior midfielder from Plymouth, Massachusetts, was named to the Third Team All-LEC for her first All-LEC selection of her career. O’Connell played both sides of the ball well for the Owls over the year as she helped anchor the Owls’ defense, while also providing offensive support for KSC throughout the season. O’Connell was also the third Owl to start in all three games on the season, joining Tschudin and Stolfi. On the attack, O’Connell recorded nine points for the second consecutive season as she recorded three goals and three assists. Two of O’Connells’ goals came in back-to-back games as her penalty kick goal against Westfield State University (9/10) was the game-winning goal in the 1-0 victory, while she scored the tying goal with just 44 seconds remaining for the 1-1 draw against Eastern Connecticut State University (9/13).
Elise Saab, a junior defender from Hooksett, New Hampshire, was named to the Third Team All-LEC for her first All-LEC selection of her career from her standout season for the Owls on defense. Saab made huge improvements on the season for the Owls as she appeared in 19 games, while making 18 starts anchoring the Owls’ back line. Saab’s defense throughout the year helped contribute to the Owls holding their opponents to the least number of goals scored the 2023 season. With Saab and the Owls’ lock down defense, it helped the Owls post six shutouts over the season, including three over four games and five over KSC’s 7-0-2 streak to end September and go throughout the month of October. Saab also added an assist on the year as she assisted Keely Giordano on the first goal of the Owls’ 2-1 win over Western Connecticut State University (10/25).
