SWANZEY, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – Multiple vehicles were involved in a serious motor vehicle crash on Route 10 in Swanzey Saturday afternoon.

The crash was reported shortly before 4:15 p.m. Saturday between Whittamore Farm Road and Sawyers Crossing Road and witnesses report it was a head on collision involving multiple vehicles.

A landing zone was set up at the Dillant Hopkins Airport for an unknown number of patients to be airlifted for medical treatment. Several ambulances responded to the scene as well.

The scene has since been cleared and the road has reopened.
