KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) The City of Keene Planning Board will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, with a public hearing scheduled on proposed updates to the Revo Casino site on Key Road.

The application, filed by Concord Bingo Too LLC on behalf of Key Road Development LLC, seeks approval for architectural and site modifications at 109-147 Key Road, part of the Key Road Plaza commercial complex.

The Planning Board previously approved a change of use for the charitable gaming facility in September 2025.

This latest request includes a new front entrance vestibule, a small rear addition, parking lot adjustments, upgraded landscaping, expanded screening and replacement of site lighting with dark-sky compliant LED fixtures. The facility is expected to include about 190 gaming positions and a 52-seat restaurant within approximately 15,000 square feet of existing space.

Planning staff have recommended approval with conditions. The board will also determine whether the project has any potential regional impact.
