HILLSBORO, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – A teenager from Keene is facing multiple charges after leading police in Hillsboro on a high-speed pursuit Tuesday.

According to a news release from the Hillsboro Police Department Chief Parsons observed a vehicle traveling on Route 9 at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour. Parsons initiated a pursuit which continued into the town of Antrim before the suspect, identified as Justice Lucken, 18, of Keene, turned around and went back into Hillsboro.

The pursuit ended when the vehicle crashed down an embankment. Lucken fled on foot but was immediately apprehended and an unidentified passenger was taken into custody as well.

Lucken is being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending a court appearance and is charged with Disobeying an Officer, four counts of Reckless Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Reckless Operation, and Operating without a valid license.

Police didn’t say if the passenger was facing any charges.
