KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – A Keene woman was arrested Tuesday night after police tracked down a stolen vehicle in the Riverside Plaza parking lot.

Keene Police Lt. Benjamin Nugent said the department received a tip around 9:45 p.m. that a gray Toyota Tacoma reported stolen in Walpole earlier that day had been spotted near Walmart in Keene.

Responding officers located the truck on the scene along with Cassandra Wilkinson, 40, of Keene. Nugent said Wilkinson got inside of the truck and refused to get out. Officers broke a window to gain entry and took her into custody.

Wilkinson is charged with driving under the influence, receiving stolen property, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, and misuse of plates. She was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
