This accolade is the second tier of recognition in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which commends organizations that consistently meet higher performance standards to enhance the lives of both residents and staff in long-term care settings.

The National Quality Award Program features three levels of recognition: bronze, silver and gold. By achieving the silver award, Langdon Place of Keene has satisfied the bronze level criteria and is now eligible to pursue the Gold – Excellence in Quality Award. Each application undergoes a thorough review by trained examiners to ensure the center meets the stringent criteria.

The National Quality Awards will be officially presented at Delivering Solutions 24, the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo, scheduled for October 6-9, 2024, in Orlando, Florida.
