(MyKeeneNow) – The Greater Monadnock Collaborative has announced that applications for the Leadership Monadnock Class of 2025 are now open, with the deadline extended to Monday, Sept.2. This nine-month intensive community leadership program runs from October through June and is designed to immerse participants in the key aspects that drive the regional economy and enhance the quality of life in the Monadnock Region.

Program Overview:

Leadership Monadnock is structured around nine full-day sessions held on the second Wednesday of each month. Each session, scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., will take place at various locations across the Monadnock Region. The program is crafted to offer participants a comprehensive understanding of regional issues through presentations by experienced professionals and subject matter experts, group discussions, and hands-on experiences. Participants will engage with leaders from various sectors, including business, government, education, nonprofits, social services, and the arts.

  • October 9, 2024: Orientation and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) in the Monadnock Region
  • November 13, 2024: Regional Landscape
  • December 11, 2024: Government & Policy
  • January 8, 2025: Community Safety & Justice
  • February 12, 2025: Education
  • March 12, 2025: Economic Development
  • April 9, 2025: Health & Wellness
  • May 14, 2025: Monadnock Region
  • June 11, 2025: Wrap Up & Action Plans

Program Requirements:

Prospective applicants should review the session dates to ensure full-day availability for each. The program requires a firm commitment, with participants needing to attend all but two sessions. Missing more than two sessions results in automatic withdrawal from the program, and tuition is non-refundable. The application confirms the candidate has the full support and commitment of their employer.

Tuition and Scholarships:

Tuition for Leadership Monadnock is $1,200 for members of the Greater Monadnock Collaborative and $1,500 for non-members.
