Monadnock United Way Celebrates Campaign Success and Announces 2025 Goals
KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Monadnock United Way (MUW) celebrated the success of its Teaming Up For Tomorrow campaign at Monadnock Ford last night, announcing a total of $1,323,942 raised to support local nonprofits and community services. As the organization marked this achievement, it also introduced its 2025 campaign theme, “Our Monadnock, Our Impact,” and set a new fundraising goal of $1,519,000.
The event featured food from CC&D’s Kitchen and beverages from Frogg Brewing in Swanzey. Attendees had the opportunity to network and learn more about MUW’s impact on the region.
Key awards were presented to outstanding community members and businesses for their contributions:
- Spirit of Monadnock Award – Laura Tobin
- Enterprise Award – Belletetes
- Trailblazer Award – Guyer & Sons Roofing
- Summit Award – W.S. Badger
Additionally, Barb Wiesman, the new executive director of the Community Kitchen, spoke about the Monadnock Food Pantries Collective, an initiative facilitated by MUW to enhance food security in the region.
Monadnock Ford hosted the event for the third consecutive year, underscoring the importance of supporting local initiatives. Community members were welcomed to recognize the achievements of the campaign and to help maintain the strength of the Monadnock Region.
