KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) After two years in downtown Keene, Muse Bistro will be closing at the end of the month, but its owner, Adam Berube, remains a strong presence in the city’s restaurant scene with his other two thriving eateries—Fireworks Restaurant and the newly opened Yellow Bell Café.
Berube announced Muse Bistro’s closure in a heartfelt Facebook post, thanking the Keene community for their support.
“We are so incredibly grateful for the memories we’ve made, the meals we’ve shared, and the amazing community that has supported us every step of the way,” Berube wrote. “From brunch dates to birthday dinners, every moment has meant the world to us.”
While saying goodbye to Muse Bistro was a difficult decision, Berube hinted at exciting plans for the space, stating that a new restaurant is expected to open there in early summer.
In the meantime, Berube’s other two restaurants continue to thrive in downtown Keene. Fireworks Restaurant, his well-loved wood-fired eatery, has been a staple in the community for years, offering a menu of artisanal pizzas, pastas, and craft cocktails. Earlier this month, he expanded his presence with the opening of Yellow Bell Café, a cozy breakfast and brunch spot known for its gourmet donuts, farm-fresh ingredients, and nostalgic, homey atmosphere.
Until its final day of service, Berube and the Muse Bistro team are inviting guests to dine one last time and celebrate the bistro’s memorable two-year run.
