RINDGE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – A woman who went missing from a Rindge residence Saturday morning was located alive by a New Hampshire Fish and Game K9 unit while experiencing a medical emergency.
Conservation officers received the report around 2:34 p.m. after the woman was last seen leaving the home at approximately 9 a.m. A Fish and Game K9 team, already in the area, responded quickly alongside Rindge Police.
The K9, deployed near the roadway by the residence, picked up the woman’s scent within about 30 minutes and tracked her into the woods. She was found in medical distress.
Emergency responders from Jaffrey-Rindge Ambulance transported the woman to Monadnock Community Hospital for further treatment.
