KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – Drivers with a commute up Main Street in Keene may want to give themselves a little extra time Friday morning.

The Keene Public Works Department says one northbound lane, north of Eagle Court, on Main Street in Keene will be closed from 7:00 AM to noon Friday.

Crews will be on scene to repair a failed electrical box.

The DPW is asking drivers to avoid the area if possible and say that delays are likely to occur near the work zone. Drivers who do need to travel through the area are asked to obey all directions of traffic control personnel.
