SWANZEY, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Nilly came to Monadnock Humane Society after struggling to share space with other cats, and while she’s still shy, she’s beginning to show glimmers of trust. This independent girl enjoys peaceful environments and prefers her own company, though she may coexist with a calm, cat-savvy dog.
Nilly will do best in a quiet home without other cats and with older, respectful children. A small, cozy room to start will help her feel safe as she learns her new routine. With kindness, patience, and steady reassurance, Nilly has the potential to blossom into a loyal, if reserved, companion whose quiet presence brings calm to any space.
