(MyKeeneNow) – Ronald (Ronnie) John Bell, 68, of Winchester, passed away peacefully while resting on Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024, while under care at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene.

He was born in Keene, Dec. 8, 1955, son of Rachel R. (Russell) and John C. Bell. He was educated at Thayer High School in Winchester.

In 1982, Ronnie exchanged vows with the love of his life, Sharon E. Harris. They had a simple service in Winchester with the love of family and friends celebrating them.

Ronnie enjoyed his time working for Vermont Roadworks in Guilford as a mechanic for 5-plus years. Prior, he worked for Cianbro Construction as a general foreman for 30 years.

Ronnie was an avid NASCAR fan, loved racing, and going kayaking. He also enjoyed taking drives on his motorcycle and doing burnouts in his truck.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Bell of Winchester; his mother, Rachel Bell of Templeton, MA; a son, Ronell Bell and wife, Tara Bell of Stoddard; two brothers, Danny Bell of Winchester and John Cole of Winchester; a sister, Laura Keenan of Templeton, MA; three grandchildren, Teela Denoncour, Brie Bell and Carmen Bell; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father, John Bell.
