KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) The City of Keene’s water/sewer division is currently addressing a water main break near 105 Maple Ave., close to the Route 12 off-ramp. Residents and businesses in the vicinity may experience temporary water service interruptions or reduced water pressure as crews work to repair the break.

In addition to the water service impact, traffic on Maple Avenue in the affected area will be reduced to one-way alternating flow to accommodate repair efforts. City officials are urging drivers to avoid the area if possible to minimize congestion and ensure the safety of workers.

The Water/Sewer Division has not yet provided an estimated time for when repairs will be completed. Updates will be shared as more information becomes available. Residents are encouraged to prepare for potential water service disruptions and plan alternate routes if traveling near Maple Avenue.
