
Keene State soccer players Elizabeth Tschudin and Giuliana Stolfi were honored by the All-LEC, with Tschudin named Second Team and Stolfi earning Third Team honors.

First responders were called to the scene of the crash around 3:15 Wednesday afternoon in the area of Connector Road on Route 12 in Walpole.

Stephanie Pratt, 39, worked as an office administrator for a company based out of Hinsdale New Hampshire, where she had full access to the company’s finances, including its bank account and credit cards.

As of 5:15 Wednesday evening the section of Route 12 remains closed.

As of 4 p.m., Route 12 in Walpole in the area of Halls Crossing and Black Jack Crossing is closed due to a motor vehicle accident, according to a social media post from the Walpole Police Department.

The new Brattleboro-Hinsdale Bridge on NH Route 119 opens to motor vehicles December 5, easing travel between New Hampshire and Vermont, with pedestrian access by Spring 2025.

Freedom Reins Therapeutic Riding Center in Surry, NH, partnered with 98.7 Wink Country on Veterans Day to raise funds for a much-needed indoor riding arena. The event, featuring radio personality Mark Healy and activities for attendees, highlighted the center’s mission to provide equine-assisted therapy for individuals with physical, emotional, and sensory challenges. The center, the only therapeutic riding facility within 50 miles of Keene, seeks to expand with an indoor arena to offer year-round programming.
