City Council to review final downtown improvement design in December

Putney man charged with assault, hate crime after alleged firearm incident

A Putney man, Zachary Goldberg, 42, was arrested after allegedly pointing a firearm and using abusive language in a Vinegar Lane altercation. Charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and a hate crime, Goldberg is set to appear in Vermont Superior Court on November 4.
