Keene introduces new winter parking rules

The City of Keene has updated its winter parking rules, allowing overnight street parking during the colder months, except during declared snowstorms. Previously, a nightly ban was in effect from November to April, but now, parking restrictions will only apply during storm-related events. The City Council approved these changes to improve convenience for residents and support housing goals. Notifications for Winter Weather Parking Bans will be sent via email, text, social media, and the City’s website, providing alternative parking options. For more information and updates, residents can visit www.KeeneNH.gov/snow.
