KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) A reminder for drivers that Keene is offering complimentary parking for the holidays. Free parking in the Elm City will run through Christmas and on New Years Day. Reserved parking, accessible parking, and the two-hour time limit will be enforced. The town of Brattleboro is also offering free parking downtown for the final weekend of the year, Dec. 27-29.
