KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Keene residents will need to move their vehicles early next week as the city prepares for overnight leaf collection in several busy corridors. The Public Works Department has announced a maintenance parking ban for Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025, from midnight to 8 a.m.
Crews will be clearing leaves along Court Street, Main Street from Central Square to Route 101, Summer Street and Washington Street, and the ban is intended to keep those routes accessible for equipment.
During the restriction, motorists may use the Wells Street Parking Garage and the Elm Street and Gilbo East municipal lots, as long as they avoid reserved spaces. Parking is also permitted on any street where it is normally allowed.
