MARLBOROUGH, N.H. (MyKeeneNow.com) A 56-year-old Rindge woman is facing a felony burglary charge in connection with a series of storage unit break-ins reported along Route 12 in Marlborough last month.
Marlborough police responded Sept. 22, 2026, after receiving a report that multiple storage units had been entered and property stolen.
Investigators found that the targeted units were secured with standard padlocks, which can be more easily cut with bolt cutters than the round, hardened locks recommended by most storage facilities.
Following an investigation conducted with assistance from the Winchendon, Massachusetts, Police Department, Marlborough authorities issued a warrant for Jeannette Tyler, 56, of Rindge, on a felony burglary charge.
Police later reported that Tyler was believed to be in custody in Massachusetts. However, the New Hampshire warrant remains active.
Anyone with information about the break-ins or similar thefts is asked to contact the Marlborough Police Department at 603-876-3311 or email sjnickerson@marlboroughnhpd.gov.
