KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – Authorities are responding to a reported suspicious death in Keene Wednesday morning.

According to a news release from Attorney General John Formella’s office, a 17-year-old male is deceased after a shooting incident in the Riverside Plaza parking lot on Winchester Street in Keene early this morning.

All parties involved have been identified and there is no known threat to the general public at this time. The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain under active investigation.

The Riverside Plaza parking lot from HomeGoods to Sierra has been cordoned off. The Walmart, HomeGoods, Harbor Freight and Sierra stores are all open today.
