BRATTLEBORO, VT (MyKeeneNow) Two people were arrested in Brattleboro Saturday after police located a stolen vehicle believed to have been taken from Keene.

Brattleboro police say they were alerted on July 27 to the possible location of the vehicle and found it parked in the Preston Lot. After further investigation, officers arrested Robert Winslow, of Hinsdale, and Jessica Spinella of Newfane, VT., who were inside the car.

Winslow was charged with operating without the owner’s consent and possession of stolen property. He was processed at the Brattleboro Police Department and released with a court date set for July 28 in Windham County Superior Court.

Spinella was charged with possession and issued a citation to appear in court on Sept. 2.

Police did not release additional details about the type of vehicle or circumstances surrounding the theft.
