KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) – A Downtown Keene restaurant has been chosen to be featured in a national web show.

America’s Best Restaurants (ABR) is a national media and marketing company that focuses on bringing attention to local, independently owned restaurants.

The ABR Roadshow will visit Guerilla Grill at 176 Main Street in Keene on June 18th and according to a news release will highlight some popular dishes and conduct an on-camera interview with owners and brothers-in-law Zachary Cotter and Adam Rector.

The restaurant recently opened in Keene after operating out of a food truck for a couple of years. It was nominated for the Roadshow by Pamela Mosher, who said it’s “great barbecue and great people who own it.”

Restaurants are selected to be featured on the ABR Roadshow based on customer reviews, menu items, social media presence, and involvement in the community.

Cotter and Rector hope to showcase their process of running a restaurant, and to emphasize the behind-the-scenes work.

“There’s so much that goes into behind the scenes and the prep and all that stuff, just to get open for one day,” Cotter said in the release. “When you’re doing barbecue, especially, you’re 90% prep.”

Filming is set for the afternoon of June 18th and the episode’s premier date will be announced on Facebook. It’ll be featured on ABR’s website.
