WALPOLE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) The Restaurant at Burdick’s raised $1,020 for Fall Mountain Friendly Meals during the inaugural event in its Italian Sunday Dinner Series, bringing together diners for a family-style meal in support of a local nonprofit.

Held Sept. 13, the dinner featured traditional Italian dishes prepared by the restaurant’s culinary team, including fresh mozzarella antipasto, house salad, rigatoni with Sunday gravy and broccoli rabe.

Proceeds from the event were donated to Fall Mountain Friendly Meals, which serves members of the local community.

Luca Paris, general manager of The Restaurant at Burdick’s, said the event brought friends, neighbors and supporters together for both a shared meal and a charitable cause.

Krista Rule, executive director of Fall Mountain Friendly Meals, thanked the restaurant for its support, saying the contribution reflected the community’s commitment to helping its neighbors.

The Italian Sunday Dinner Series was created to combine dining experiences with fundraising for nonprofit organizations serving the Fall Mountain region. The restaurant plans to hold the dinners quarterly, with additional events being planned for 2027.
