KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow) Keene residents have an opportunity to weigh in on the city’s Public Works Department through a five-question FlashVote survey that closes Wednesday shortly after 11 a.m.

The survey asks residents to assess their satisfaction with the quality and reliability of Public Works services and identify areas where they believe improvements could be made.

The feedback is being collected as the city undertakes a broader review of Public Works operations and organizational practices. The department is also developing a strategic plan intended to help establish priorities for the next five to 10 years.

Public Works oversees a wide range of services that affect residents and businesses throughout the city, including road and sidewalk maintenance, water and sewer systems, snow removal, stormwater management, and solid waste and recycling drop-off operations.

City officials say resident feedback through FlashVote will help inform decisions about the department’s future priorities and operations.
