KEENE, N.H. (MyKeeneNow)
Residents across the Monadnock Region have a new way to stay connected with local news.
My Keene Now has officially launched a redesigned version of its free mobile app, introducing a streamlined interface and several new features aimed at making it easier for readers to access local news, weather, community information, and multimedia content from their mobile devices.
The updated app replaces the previous version with a cleaner design that simplifies navigation and improves the overall user experience. Readers can browse the latest local headlines, receive breaking news alerts, and quickly access stories from throughout Keene, Cheshire County, and the surrounding Monadnock Region.
Among the most notable additions is the ability to search the My Keene Now news archive, allowing users to easily locate previously published stories. Readers can also create a free account to save articles for later, making it easier to revisit important news and community coverage.
The app also allows users to customize breaking news notifications based on their interests, helping them stay informed about the topics that matter most.
In addition to local news coverage, the app includes weather forecasts specific to Keene and Cheshire County, local podcasts, music streaming, community event information, and a feature that allows users to submit news tips directly to the newsroom.
Like the My Keene Now news site, the mobile app remains free to use, with no subscription or paywall required.
The redesigned app is presented by Fenton Family Dealerships and Craig Vickers – State Farm Insurance Agent, whose sponsorship helps support continued free access to local news for the community.
The new My Keene Now app is now available for download on compatible Apple and Android devices. Readers can learn more and download the app by visiting https://mykeenenow.com/download-our-app/
