CHESTERFIELD, N.H.  (MyKeeneNow) A 13-year-old girl who was reported missing Thursday morning has been found safe, according to the Chesterfield Police Department.

Police announced Thursday afternoon that the teenager had been located. No additional information about where she was found or the circumstances surrounding her disappearance was released.

Because the child has been found and is a juvenile, My Keene Now has removed her name and identifying details from its earlier coverage.

The Chesterfield Police Department thanked the public for its assistance in sharing information about the case.
